Welcome to www.maneramethod.com (the “Site”), operated by Manera LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Manera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Manera

Manera is a business design studio providing professional services that may include business strategy, project management, creative direction, brand and marketing strategy, design-related services, operational problem-solving, research, coordination and execution support. Information available through this Site is provided to introduce Manera, explain our approach and services, share our work and ideas, and allow prospective clients and collaborators to contact us.

2. Website Use Does Not Create a Client Relationship

Visiting this Site, submitting a contact form, sending Manera an email, scheduling an introductory conversation or otherwise communicating with Manera through the Site does not create a client, consultant, fiduciary, professional-adviser or other contractual relationship. A professional engagement begins only when Manera and the applicable client enter into a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, engagement letter or similar written arrangement. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately executed client agreement, the client agreement governs the professional services covered by that agreement.

3. Informational Content

Content on the Site is provided for general informational, illustrative and promotional purposes. Examples, case studies, observations, frameworks or commentary should not be interpreted as a promise that the same approach or result will be appropriate for every client. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Manera may discuss strategies, opportunities, concepts, processes, potential outcomes or examples of previous work. Business, operational, creative and project outcomes depend on circumstances outside Manera's control. Submitting information so that Manera can evaluate an inquiry gives Manera permission to use that information for purposes reasonably connected with responding to the inquiry and evaluating a potential engagement. Confidentiality obligations associated with an actual client engagement should be governed by the applicable client agreement or other written confidentiality agreement.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to violate applicable law; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; collect Site data through unauthorized automated means; or use Manera's intellectual property in a misleading or unlawful manner.

Manera may update these Terms as the Site, our services or applicable law changes. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when revised Terms are posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
